Live Event

Putting on or going to a live event is a great way to build a solid community of brand ambassadors.

But you have to get them to show up to your meetups. One of the best ways is via an email sequence.

1a. One-Off “Come See Us at {Conference/Event Name}”

Subject Line: Come See Us at {Event Name}!

Hi {{subscriber.first_name}},

It’s official, {Company Name} will be {What you’re doing at the conference (i.e. attending, having a booth, keynoting)}.

We want to meet you!

If you’re interested, we’ll be at {Place/Time}. The venue isn’t huge, so we’d like to hear from you if you plan on stopping by.

You can hit reply or let us know right here.

Best,

{{Your Name}}

P.S. If you’ve been, what’s your favorite part about {Conference/Event Name}?

Subject Line: Announcing {Event Name}

Hi {{subscriber.first_name}},

After years of talking and months of planning, {Company Name} is excited to announce {Event Name}!

Since you’re a member of the {Company Name} community, you get first access. Right now, you can pre-register before we announce and push the event to the general public.

Here’s a sneak peak of what’s going on behind the scenes. [You can either link to the pre-register page/event page or include a video in the email]

Best,

{{Your Name}}

P.S. All of the speakers/workshops aren’t set in stone. Who do you think we should have there?

Subject Line: {Event Name}Early Bird Discount Ends {Timeframe}

Hi {{subscriber.first_name}},

If you plan on coming to {Event Name} and want to save {Discount amount}, then you’ll have to complete early bird registry before {Day/Time}.

You can visit the registry page by clicking right here. Or, if you’re a bit of a rebel, you can set a reminder on your calendar right here.

Best,

{{Your Name}}

P.S. Spots are filling up fast. Even if you wanted to pay more (but why??) you may not be able to when the time comes.

3b. Your Own Event (Email Three Alternate)

Subject Line: Fewer than XX Seats Remain for {Event Name}

Hi {{subscriber.first_name}},

We’ve ran the simple math equation.

If you want to come to {Event Name}, there’s no time like the present to register. Click here to get started.

Best,

{{Your Name}}

P.S. If you want to see who’s speaking and what’s we’ve got planned, you can check out our full agenda right here.

The food is ordered, the stage is (literally) being set and we’re pre-packing our bags for {Event Name}.

In order to make sure every last detail is accounted for, we have to END registration and get an accurate tally.

As much as we really want you to attend, there will be no more registration as of {Date/Time}.

If you’re ready, click here to get one of the very last spots.

Best,

{{Your Name}}
