What's the setup process like?

You get a full-featured account for 21 days, which gives you access to everything Gist has to offer: automatic event tracking, lead capture forms, email campaigns, and live-chat. If you love it and would like to continue using Gist, you can choose to upgrade to the Pro plan. We'll remind you before the trial ends so you can ensure your site visitors continue to sign up and that your current customers won't get cut off mid-campaign.

What if I exceed my plan's limits?

Your plan is based on the number of your subscribers. We will send you an email when you cross the subscriber limit of your current plan during the billing period. You will only be charged for the appropriate number of subscribers, and we will automatically upgrade or downgrade you to the most cost-effective plan.

Do I need to enter my credit card to get a free trial?

We do NOT require your credit card as long as you are in the free trial. Once the free trial ends, if you wish to upgrade to one of our plans, you will need to enter your credit card, which will be billed monthly or annually depending on which plan you choose while signing up.

What kind of support does Gist provide?

We will work with you closely on any specific marketing questions or technical challenges and ensure your problems are solved to the best of our abilities in the quickest possible time.
