You can get started with our free forever plan without any credit card details. Should you want to start a free 21 day trial to any of our premium plans, you would enter your credit card details. You are not billed until AFTER the 21 day free trial and you can easily cancel your trial at any time right inside the app.

A contact is someone that has given you their email address. This might be through the chat, forms, chat bots, meetings, etc. Their entire history is then saved inside Gist.

If you are on the Free or Support plan, you get unlimited contacts that you can continue to track and converse with through chat. However, you are NOT able to send them emails at all after you reach 500 contacts. The Growth and All-in-One plans are billed based on the number of contacts in your account as those plans give you the ability to send emails to all your contacts.

You can easily cancel your premium account (or your 21 day free trial to a premium plan) at any time right inside the app. No need to contact us.

When you cancel, you will be reverted to the free forever plan. Any chat bots, workflows, and other premium settings will be lost.

We provide TONS of helpful resources in our knowledge base. We also provide regular training webinars.

We've recently updated the onboarding experience to make it as easy as possible to get started on your own.

However, you can also schedule a demo with us at ANY time and our team will gladly help get you up and running!

And to top if off, we also help to migrate you over from existing tools when you are using one of our premium plans!

You can invite "Teammates" into your workspace. You can assign them a "Seat" which will grant them access to the Support suite of products to manage incoming conversations, the knowledge base, etc. These Seats are billed at $9/mo per Seat.

For teammates that are not assigned a Seat, they will have access to the Growth suite of products, but without access to the Support related suite. These teammates are free and you can add as many as you need at no cost.
