1. LiveChat is great, it even supports many languages, which is very handy if you're website visitors are not native english speakers.
We like customers to be able to contact us any way they like. Gist helps with this. And if we happen to need to respond via email, we can do that as well.
I am currently only using the live chat and it does what I need. It was very easy to set up myself on my website without having to be a programmer to be able to do that.
