Using a lead score system is a common way to understand when a lead is seriously thinking about your solution. Gist allows for you to create a lead scoring system based upon any property, event or tag you can imagine. This Lead Scoring template will add a score to contacts who have clicked a link inside your marketing emails.
You can change the number given to the contact and edit the property or event which adds the points. Once points are added, this workflow will calculate the overall score of the contact. If the number is high enough, it will trigger an email to be sent to the teammate of your choice.
